A Sufi trance ritual of the divine presence and ancestral healing.

Hadra
Hadra, meaning presence in Arabic, is a Sufi-rooted ritual of rhythmic trance practiced across North Africa. In this offering, Amel brings the essence of Hadra into a modern and deeply respectful space. Using Gnawa spiritual music, ancestral drum rhythms, and guided movements, she leads participants into a gentle trance state.

What this ritual is...
-
Guided movements based on ancestral gestures
-
Breath work to open the body
-
Drumming and rhythm played by Amel
-
Gnawa spiritual music designed to deepen presence
-
Intentional surrender into a safe, supported trance
-
These elements work together to soften the nervous system, elevate the frequency of the room, and guide participants into a state where emotional blockages release through movement and vibration.

Why you might seek Hadra...
emotional release and relief
nervous system softening
ancestral connection
trauma or fear release through movement
grounding after stressful life changes
spiritual awakening
reconnection to their body
group healing experiences
a safe space to “let go”

This is trance through rhythm.
This is presence through breath.
This is healing through remembering..
